References are preferred in the form of images, but a concise description with some visuals is also accepted. It is advisable to provide sources for references that do not belong to you.

Slots are not on a first-come, first-served basis; all forms will be sorted and responded to in the following days. The artist also reserves the right to decline the client's request for personal reasons.

Default canvas resolution is ≥ 2500 x 2500 px or 300 PPI; other measurements should be requested upfront.

Rough or thumbnail sketch(es) will be created based on the description and references received. The initial sketch will be reviewed and further refined as needed until approval.

The approved sketch will be rendered to completion, adjustments within reasonable limits will be provided throughout the process.

Average turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the artwork and whether the artist is working on other commissions in conjunction with yours. A specific deadline can be requested and discussed.

A low-resolution preview of the finished artwork will be sent for review. Some minor changes and fixes may be requested at no charge; apart from that, additional fees are required.

High-resolution files in JPEG and PNG format will be uploaded into online storage and linked to the client via e-mail.

Payment is available through PayPal (USD) or bank transfer (IDR). Invoice will be sent once the sketch is approved.

Payment can be paid in full upfront or 50% down payment first and the remainder paid after a specific stage of completion of the artwork is reached. Work will be continued after the agreed sum is received.

Ongoing commissions and payments are irrevocable and non-refundable except in case of the artist's inability to complete the order.

Cancelation may be possible if the client is still in the waiting list queue and no commission progress has been made.

Small signature will be included in the artwork to identify the artist.

All rights to the artwork remain with the artist, including its distribution and use. The artist also retains the right to display the artwork on any fitting public platform.

The client may display the commissioned artwork on any public platform with details of the artist included. Use for any commercial purpose or sales to a third party is prohibited unless stated otherwise in the initial agreement.

Use of the artwork by the client for purposes such as generating non-fungible tokens, blockchains, cryptocurrencies, and anything of a similar nature is strictly prohibited.

Use of the artwork by the client for creating or training Artificial Intelligence images or generators whether profitable or not is strictly prohibited.

Price starts from $270 per character with a limit of 3 figures on one canvas. Detailed character designs may incur additional charges.

Any genre of design, relationships, and character interactions, OC or fanart, is welcomed, provided it is not NSFW.

Addition of small or simple objects around the character(s) will not be charged; apart from that, additional fees are required depending on the complexity of the object or background.

Average turnaround time is 1 to 2 months with updates scheduled when reaching each stage of rendering (sketching > inking > coloring > finishing).
